Non-Overlay Properties

These individual structures are outside the overlay districts and have not been zoned historic; however, many of these properties still merit recognition and preservation efforts. The majority of these buildings are more than 50 years old and are eligible for National Register nomination.  Some display notable examples of older architectural styles such as Folk Victorian, Queen Anne, and Tudor Revival which are hard to find in this area.
