- Description: 1-story masonry, rectangular plan with load-bearing red brick walls; hip standing seam metal roof; limestone cornice and four massive Doric columns; windows are 12/12 wood double-hung with limestone lintels; granite entry stairs; federal cast metal modillions on main facade. - Significance: Good example of style. Nominated to the National Register. The significance is architecture. Currently being renovated as Federal Courthouse. It is said that the federal judges wanted to renovate the structure rather than tear it down and build a new structure.
