  • Description: 2-story; wood frame with brick veneer; irregular plan; intersecting gable roofs w/ cornice returns, wave-patterned fascia board, exterior brick chimney on south w/ contrasting red brickwork, corbeled brick cap; extended entryway w/ arched wood door accented by red brick, side porch w/ elliptical arch openings; 616 wood double-hung windows w/ a string course over second floor windows, window areas accented by red brick, arched brickwork over one pair of 1st floor windows; porte cochere on east w/ balcony above; detached 2-story apt/garage at rear.
