- Description: 2-story; wood frame with wide horizontal board siding; ; irregular plan; intersecting gable roofs with cornice returns, composition shingles; arched portico over entry, on scroll brackets, wood panel entry door; secondary entry at parte cochere on west; 6/6 double-hung wood windows, many with shutters, portal windows on west; two interior brick chimneys; entry porch on park side with 4 x 4 posts, wood railing; 2-story garage at rear; large crape myrtle trees in front; house is adjacent to Mantooth Park.
- Significance: Built by for Dr. E. T. Clark, the resident physician of the Angelina County Lumber Company at Keltys. Clark moved to Keltys in 1901. His residence at Keltys is Site L-0527. The current owner has the original linen and ink architectural drawings of the house.
