- Significance: Good example of style; Mr. G. E. Lawrence was a builder in the Lufkin area, G. E. & Helen Lawrence collected the rock locally, a stockpile remains for work not completed; house in continuous family ownership, no alterations. Excellent example of Craftsman/Bungalow style of architecture. Nominated to the National Register. The significance is architecture.
