  • Condition: Good; original porch appears to have wrapped around from east to north; a later infill addition created a front porch and side porch.
  • Description: 1-story; wood frame with horizontal board siding; brick foundation; irregular plan; hip roofs with projecting gable on southeast, composition shingles, deep overhang, interior brick chimney with corbeled brick cap; extended gable at porch with small window at gable end, battered boxed wood columns resting on brick piers; entry door with oval light and side lights, transom light above; wood double-hung windows 4/1, 1/1, with hood mold; frame garage and two outbuildings at rear; secondary entry on side porch.
  • Significance:  Good example of style.
