- Significance: The 1908 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map (Sheet 3) shows a 2-story brick structure used as a furniture store. In 1928 the City Directory lists the structure as the Fairchild Building, Herrinton Drug Store was on the first floor, and L. D. Fairchild and John S. Reditt, lawyers, were on the second floor.
