Description: 1-story; wood frame with horizontal board siding; rectangular plan; gable and hip roof with extended rafter ends, composition shingles; inset porch with brick pier at south; brick pier foundation; exterior brick chimney on northwest; windows 4/4 wood double-hung; two entry doors set at 90 degrees; capped brick chimney on south; farm sheds at south.
Significance: Built by A. C. Boynton associated with lumber mill.
