• Description: 2-1/2 story; wood frame w/ brick veneer; brick foundation; irregular plan; hip roof w/ pedimented gable ends, gabled dormers w/ cornice returns, wood shingles, interior brick chimney at ridge; 2-story portico over entry w/ three Doric wood columns at the outside corners, pilasters at inside corner, garland and shield ornamentation at the gable ends; entry door multi-paned double doors w/ screens; windows 6/6, 12/12 wood double-hung w/ wood shutters on east facade; brick header course over windows; 1-story addition on south; detached garage at rear.
• Significance: Designed by Shirley Simons as a 1-story; later remodeled by Simons into it’s present state.
