  • Description: 1-story masonry with carrara glass facade; chamfered set back entry and display area; double entry doors with transom light; awning lights are filled with glass brick; terrazo floor at entry reads “Gary Eaves.”
  • Significance:  Facade is basically intact and has architectural significance.  The 1915 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map (Sheet 3) shows a 2-story masonry building at this site.
