Description: 2-story masonry with stucco and Italian marble facade; first floor has two display areas in marble and plate glass; entry is recessed, terrazzo floor reads “Greens”; depending aluminum awning; second floor is stuccoed with aluminum applied border.
Significance: The 1904 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map (Sheet 2) shows a 2-story brick structure two lots wide with a furniture store and a water well in the center; the 1908 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map (Sheet 3) shows a furniture and hardware store; in 1928, the W.M. Glenn & Co. Hardware Store was located at this site.
