- Description: 2-story masonry with dark red brick on the south facade and stuccoed on the west facade; two bays articulated by two sets of paired windows with modern shutters on the second floor; west facade has six arched windows with brick lintel; main facade has cedar shake awning over modern storefront.
- Significance: An armed services recruiter was in this building; the 1904 Sanborn Fire Insurance Map (Sheet 2) shows a 2-story brick structure; the east side was a barber, the west side was a printing shop.
