  • Description: 1-story; brick with stucco; rectangular plan, one bay; wood frame transom windows over wood and metal suspended canopy; central aluminum/glass entry door, black glazed the apron and window surround, wood frame storefront display windows.
  • Significance:  The 1904 Sanborn Map (Sheet 2) shows a 1-story brick structure from building construction plans; the 1908 Sanborn Map (Sheet 3) shows a grocery store.  [2014 Note:  Cotton Square was renamed Calder Square in 1961.]
