- Description: 2-story painted masonry, load bearing walls with header course, rectangular plan. Garage type wood doors on the west facade; gable roof with composition shingles, sheet metal fill in gables, window in west gable; 2 windows on north facade have been shuttered; windows on south facade are 12/12 wood double hung and 20 light steel casement. - Significance: Originally housed the welding shop where railroad cars, locomotives, etc. were repaired. It is possible that it is the oldest structure inside the mill. Currently utilized to store mowers.
