- Description: 1-story with basement; rectangular plan; stone, random coursing with beaded mortar joints; rectangular plan; intersecting gable roofs with composition shingles, attic vents at gable ends; raised deck on east with low stone wall; doors – replacement, wood; windows 6/6 wood double-hung; rock brackets along east wail support exterior lights; wheelchair ramp added to the deck, and a sloped threshold to one entry door for handicap access; basement is above ground along the creek (west) with plain wood doors; set in city park.
- Significance: Built by the National Youth Administration; good craftsmanship in stonework. Project No. 11468. Should be considered for National Register in 1988, if original entry doors can be replaced or replicated. The current doors are not consistent with the original architectural style.
