  • Description: 2-story; brick with plaster; rectangular plan; flat roof with parapet which steps down on the two sides; one-bay facade with corbeled parapet, four segmental arch windows at second floor with a string course below, 616 wood double-hung; first floor — suspended canopy, resting on 4 x 4 posts, display windows with transoms above, double entry door at center with transom above; windows on Main & Railroad Streets and at rear, some 2/2.
  • Significance: Early business in Zavalla after the railroad arrived in 1900; bank was on Main St. side of building; upstairs was barber shop with stairs up to shop on north corner; purchased in 1925
