• Description: 1-story; wood frame with horizontal board siding; brick foundation skirt; ell plan; intersecting hip and gable roof, composition shingles, brackets at chamfered bay; inset porch wraps around south and east, paired boxed wood columns, porch is screened on east side; wood entry door with large glass light, matching side lights, transom above; windows 1/1 wood double-hung with pedimented hood mold, rails of window surround extend above head and below lintel; detached garage at rear.
