Description: 1-story; load-bearing brick, rectangular plan; hip roof with deep overhang, pyramidal finials at each end, diamond-patterned shingles, brick chimney at roof ridge, one interior brick chimney on west; raised steps to entry door on west, on east raised loading dock; windows are 1/1 wood double-hung with broad concrete lintel, some aluminum replacement windows; entry doors are wood-paneled with upper glass light, transom light above. Frame and metal addition on north end.
Significance: Shown in the 1927 Sanborn Map as a 1-story brick with frame awning. Represents early transportation and commerce in city.
